The number of animals in one house should be limited to three animals. There are many reasons why I think this. One is because more than three animals usually leads to neglecting people animals. Another is some people become addicted to animals and keep wanting more and more. The final reason is that if you have too may animals then that leads to so much cost, usually people end up neglecting animals because of the enormous amounts of cost.
First of all, neglecting is a big thing each year there is about 10 million animals being neglected. To many animals' leads to people hurting animals. If there was a limit on how many animals there could be in a household there would be less animals harmed. If people were still to neglect there animals there would be less hurt in each situation.
Second, some people just become addicted to having animals. They some times can't stop getting more and more. Sometimes people will get more and more animals to fill a void in their life like a lost child or husband or just another family member. When people hoard animals they always end up neglecting them in one way or another, weather it is no food or water or no shelter.
Finally, believe it or not there are some people in this world that will keep the animals they have weather or not they can pay for the shots, check ups, food, and water. People wont even give them to any kinds of associations so they can at least be ok. People will keep their animals under any situation no matter they can pay the bills for there pets or not, there are some shots skipped because of the cost. Sometimes people wont get food or water when they need it because of the cost.
As you can see there should be a limit on how many pets can be in a household. To me if this law were to be made it would be a light rain shower apposed to a hurricane of animals being hurt. Because people are neglecting innocent animals, what did they ever do to them?
